Purpose To ensure local functionality, the Local executive shall be  funded to complete the work of the local.  

Scope Local Executive 

Policy Statement The Local recognizes the importance of funding the Local  Executive to complete the work of the local.   

Procedure 

Reimbursement 

Local President and Vice Presidents 

The Local President and Vice Presidents may be funded for up to eight 8hr days per week. The eight shifts may be shared between the President and Vice Presidents.  The President will be scheduled in the Local office for a minimum 50% of the week.  

Per Local Bylaws Vice Presidents will fulfill duties of the President when the President is unavailable to complete their duties.  

Secretary 

The Secretary may be funded for up to 16 hours per month to complete work of the Local.  

Treasurer 

The Treasurer may be funded for up to 24 hours per month to complete the work of the Local.
